Here's a file that contains a page of grid plotters. There are two forward and two reverse plotters on this page. Make sure to print this with Page Scaling set to "None". If you don't, your map won't be to scale!

You can print these plotters on a sheet of clear overhead projector plastic paper (like this). To protect the plotter, you can put it in a self-sealing lamination pouch (like this). The size that works well is the wallet card size. You can find these at Office Depot, Office Max, or Wal-Mart.
